Integrated Tourism Complexes (ITC) is the Omani version of the Golden visa program well-known in countries with tourist destinations or business incubators providing residency permits through real estate investment.

As the project location is on a unique spot of Muscat waterfront, we at 1850 are engaged in the urban development planning of the project from inception. We developed the competition analysis, and laid the marketing strategy and unique selling propositions to position the project in the city of Muscat characterized by the presence of many ITCs. This is in addition to preparing the financial feasibilities, development plans and design program.
