Dareen Marina Mixed-Use Development is the new tourist and entertainment destination in Jubail Industrial City, where the project provides a high-end lifestyle which allows for the conversion of the Marina into a permanent residence and business incubator, in addition to being a park and a seafront for the Jubail city. The project consists of five land plots surrounding Dareen International Leisure Marina with a total area of 10 hectares and a construction area of 275,000 square meters. At its completion, the project will include more than 800 high-end fully finished apartments and 100 4-star hotel suites, in addition to shops at ground floor overlooking the marina promenade. The fifth plot houses a regional shopping mall with a construction area up to 90,000 square meters, which includes many various cafes and shops with food court & hypermarket, in addition to underground parking. The marina accommodates 120 yachts simultaneously ranging from small boats to megayachts.
