Our brand is inspired from Egypt’s golden era of architecture spanning from the mid-19th to the mid-20th century renowned as the "Belle Epoque" when Egypt was magnet for businessmen and talents from Europe and the Middle East looking for new beginnings in a homogeneous cosmopolitan community. Our goal is to redefine the value of real estate assets based on the establishment of vibrant communities and its quality of living from day one and not just lifeless value-storing assets. So, our definition of “value for money” has shifted to "value for time". That's why we plan to complete our communities as one construction phase so that our clients enjoy lifestyle they expect from day one.

Our beginning

25 years ago, we started building residential and commercial complexes in East Cairo. Along these years, we earned our clients trust with our keenness on quality and commitment to our covenants. We have set distinctive signs in several places, such as the administrative commercial and entertainment center in the first district “Al-Abour Center”, which represents El-Obour city CBD to date. We introduced single family villa communities in Al-Shorouk and El-Obour cities in addition to luxury residential buildings in the fifth settlement, Nasr City and Al-Shorouk city.
