This project is of special nature, where we provide land appraisal, negotiations, competitors analysis and financial structuring for the acquisition of a 5-star hotel on Muscat waterfront, in addition to the development of the surrounding land to include high-end mixed-use. The total land area of 24 hectares will house 158 hotel rooms next to residential towers comprising 1,200 high-end fully finished fully furnished residential units in addition to a 125,000 square meters shopping mall at the podium and underground parking for more than 3,400 vehicles.
