Masirah Island is one of the states of the Southern Governorate of Al Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman. It is the largest island in the Sultanate and represents a chain of sea hills emerging from the bottom of the Arabian Sea. 1850 provides land use analyses, master plan and hotel development plans, financial feasibility studies, and marketing strategies in the Middle East region, in addition to managing design work, coordination, and negotiation with the competent government agencies in the Sultanate of Oman to sign usufruct and development contracts and to obtain the approvals required to implement a world-class resort extending over more than 20 hectares on the western shores of the island, and includes 600 units ranging from standalone villas to townhouses, in addition to 400 hotel rooms.
